Pandanus House offers a luxurious standard of holiday living. Spacious lounge, dining, kitchen and sleeping areas with everything you need. The white coral driveway leads to a private entrance that opens to the views of the lagoon as you walk through the house. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer their own en-suite bathrooms and open to the front patio and garden leading to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave oven, full-size fridge and servery apron to the dining area.
The lounge and dining areas are separate but part of a modern open plan design offering a superb sense of space. The beach side of the house boasts a large patio area with lounge and additional dining areas as well as a stainless gourmet barbecue to make it a perfect place to relax in the tropical surrounds to the sounds of the waves on the reef. Add to that, off street parking, a walk through robe, two ensuite bathrooms, two large entertaining patios, two separate dining areas, overhead fans, large flat screen TV with DVD and iPod plug-in facility, snorkelling gear, large lush tropical gardens and kayak on request. You will want for nothing.

At both of our properties we can arrange those ‘little extra some things’ that make your holiday special. A very private Exquisite Massage with the sounds of the lapping of the lagoon waters just a few steps away. We can arrange by appointment a massage of your choice.
By arrangement an in house Gourmet Chef can organised to prepare a 3 course meal with accompanying fine wine served in the luxury ambience of Villa or House.
Why not visit our own Maire Nui Tropical Gardens over the road from our Villa or a short walk for pandanus House. Contained within the 7 acres of lush organic gardens is our Hidden Spirit Cafe, where you can enjoy a sumptuous healthy lunch in the magnificent surrounds of tropical gardens and lily ponds. As a guest of Heliconia you will always receive a preferential price for your day and free admission to the gardens.

Pandanus House is situated on the water's edge of our beautiful lagoon in Titikaveka. It is a delight to swim and snorkel and discover all that the reef ecosystem has to offer. Enjoy some time out on what is one of the island's prettiest beaches. Take a walk at sunset and enjoy the colours of what can only be a Cook Island sunset. Take a tour of the island by bus or hire a car or motorcycle and enjoy the local scene...it is what makes Rarotonga so special and so different.
Some of the extra outside activities that can be easily accessed nearby are: Biking trails, horse riding, walking trails, Game Fishing, sailing, over the reef snorkeling and diving amongst others.
Heliconia Villa is also situated close to some of our island's best restaurants, bars and cafes.
